One-on-One Coaching

We can talk about what’s on your mind, one conversation at a time. You don’t have to have the right words before we begin.

Post-Adoption Journey

A guided program to help you make sense of what you’ve carried since placement, wherever you are in your story now.

Tools for the Journey

Journals and self-paced resources for the moments when you’d rather reflect on your own.

A Place to Start Talking

If you’re unsure what you need, we can begin with a free call. I’ll listen, and there’s no pressure to go further.

Room for Your Questions

Searching, reunion, family relationships, or something you can’t quite name yet—we can make space for it together.

Support at Your Pace

Your feelings may shift. The way we talk about them can shift, too. We’ll start wherever you are.

A different kind of support

Space for your whole story

A birth mom beside you

I’m a birth mother too. I know a story can keep unfolding long after placement.

Adoption-attuned care

As an Adoption Attuned Coach, I make room for the many ways adoption can shape your life.

Room for grief

My grief recovery training helps me sit with what hurts without asking you to rush past it.

No judgment

You can bring love, anger, uncertainty, relief, or all of it. I won’t tell you how to feel.

Your story stays yours

Our coaching conversations are confidential. You decide what you’re ready to share.

Every chapter belongs

Whether your adoption was recent or decades ago, there’s room for where you are now.

We’ll take this one step at a time

There’s no right way to begin. Here’s what you can expect when you reach out.

1

Book a free call

We’ll talk briefly and see whether coaching feels right for you. No pressure. No pitch.

2

Start with a conversation

Our first session is a chance to talk, not an intake form to get through. Begin wherever you want.

3

Move at your pace

We’ll follow what matters to you, whether you’re looking back, facing something new, or unsure what comes next.

Words from people I’ve worked with

“I am truly a different person as a result of working with Kim Noeth. I think differently now about so many things and that alone has changed my life incredibly. My husband said he is so grateful for the ways that I now relate to him. I want to keep growing and learning with her.”

Anita

Birth Mom

“Kim helped me realize just how much I hadn’t fully grieved (and how much I truly didn’t want to). In all my conversations with her, she helped me acknowledge and process the pieces of my work and relationships that felt unfulfilling or incredibly difficult to handle on my own. Her warmth, love, graciousness, and care only enhanced my conversations with her and made talking about the challenging/edgier aspects of my world easier to discuss. Kim’s questions, insights, and compassion helped me work through some of the hardest months of my life, and I am so appreciative of the guidance she provided me. If you have been grieving for some time and/or going through some rough transitions right now personally or professionally and would like to come out on the other side with a sense of clarity, purpose, and peace, I recommend setting up some time to connect with Kim to find out how she might be able to best support you. Kim, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your help.”

A Few Things You May Be Wondering

How do I know if adoption coaching might help?

If your adoption story is on your mind and you want a place to talk it through, coaching may help. You do not need to have a clear question or a plan. We can start with what feels present for you.

Is our coaching confidential?

I know some birth moms have never shared their story. I will treat what you tell me with care and respect. On a free call, you can ask me how I handle privacy before you decide whether to continue.

What happens during our first session?

We begin with a conversation, not an intake form. You can share as much or as little as you want. I will listen, and we can talk about what kind of support feels useful to you.

Do I need to be at a particular stage in my journey?

No. You may have placed recently or decades ago. Your adoption may be open, closed, or somewhere in between. Wherever you are today is a place we can begin.

What if I am not ready to talk yet?

That is okay. You do not have to book a call before you are ready. You can start with Letters for Birth Moms and take your next step in your own time.

You Don’t Have to Figure Out What Comes Next Alone

If talking would help, book a free call with me. No pressure and no pitch. If you would rather begin quietly, start with Letters for Birth Moms. Either way, you can take this one step at a time.
