How Do I Know If I Need an Adoption Coach?

How Do I Know If I Need Birth Mom Healing Resources?

If you feel stuck in your grief or overwhelmed by the complexities of your adoption story, these tools are for you. Specifically, they provide a structured way to process emotions that often feel wordless. Furthermore, these resources serve as a gentle starting point for anyone not yet ready for one-on-one coaching.
What happens during our first session?
Our first session is all about connection and safety. Specifically, we will spend time getting to know your unique story and identifying the areas where you feel most stuck. Therefore, we can begin to map out a gentle path forward together. There is no pressure to have it all figured out; instead, this is simply a space for you to be heard, understood, and supported.
Is this coaching confidential?
Yes, your privacy is my highest priority. Indeed, everything shared within our sessions stays between us to ensure you feel completely safe. In other words, this is a protected sanctuary for your healing journey.
Do I need to be at a specific stage in my journey?
No, you are welcome exactly as you are, whether your placement was yesterday or twenty years ago. Because healing isn’t linear, there is no ‘right’ time to start. Additionally, we believe that every stage of the journey offers a new opportunity for growth and peace.

About Kim Noeth

Adoption Coach

“A sanctuary for the soul. Kim’s coaching is a vital resource for any birth mom seeking clarity and healing.”

Kim helped me realize just how much I hadn’t fully grieved (and how much I truly didn’t want to). In all my conversations with her, she helped me acknowledge and process the pieces of my work and relationships that felt unfulfilling or incredibly difficult to handle on my own. Her warmth, love, graciousness, and care only enhanced my conversations with her and made talking about the challenging/edgier aspects of my world easier to discuss. Kim’s questions, insights, and compassion helped me work through some of the hardest months of my life, and I am so appreciative of the guidance she provided me. If you have been grieving for some time and/or going through some rough transitions right now personally or professionally and would like to come out on the other side with a sense of clarity, purpose, and peace, I recommend setting up some time to connect with Kim to find out how she might be able to best support you. Kim, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your help.”

Restoration Coach

“I am truly a different person as a result of working with Kim Noeth. I think differently now about so many things and that alone has changed my life incredibly. My husband said he is so grateful for the ways that I now relate to him. I want to keep growing and learning with her.”
